A shochu brewery with a history of over 120 years. Using groundwater and the two-rowed barley that spreads in front of the brewery, we make barley shochu being particular about everything. You can taste the shochu at the brewery and buy your favorite. We also sell a coffee speciality (liqueur) that uses distillation technology and black honey cooked in a sugar cane kettle in Chikuzen Town.
