Koishiwara-Yaki Pottery Museum and Hand-on Facility

You can learn about the history of Koishiwara Ware and Takatori Ware, which have a history of around 400 years. Both old works and masterpieces of each kiln are exhibited. You can also see a kiln with stair-shaped firing chambers that make use of the slope, called 'Nobori-gama (a kiln with stepped chambers)'. You can also experience pottery making (reservation required).
