Ajiyoshi is particular about local production for local consumption and use local wheat. There are many soft noodles in Fukuoka, but here you can eat chewy udon noodles. The soupstock is delicious and makes you want to drink it. The menu is extensive and there are soba and set meals. We recommend 'Tenten Bukkake Udon (cold Udon topped with various Tempuras)' in the summer, and 'Nabeyaki Udon (udon served in a pot with various ingredients such as vegetables, chicken and fish sausage etc.)' in the winter.
